Company Description Alerais the creator of Zensa Topical Anaesthetic, one of the fastest-growing pharma skin care products in the tattoo, medspa and aesthetician markets (@zensaskin on IG). We are seeking a full-time, motivated Fulfillment Coordinator to assist with growth within the business-to-business function in a manner that is consistent with Aleras Life and Style guide. Having experienced tremendous growth over the past four years, the Fulfillment Coordinator will help further drive Aleras sophisticated and respected brand within the wellness space by being a contributing team player.

Role Description

The Fulfillment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for managing day-to-day order processing and product distribution. This role oversees order entry, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers and distributors. The Fulfillment Coordinator monitors inventory levels, reconciles stock discrepancies, and collaborates with internal teams to maintain adequate product availability. Daily tasks include updating records in inventory and order management systems, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving fulfillment issues.

The role also involves communicating with customers and the sales team regarding order status, special requests, and any concerns related to shipments and product availability.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, distributors, logistics partners, and customers.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive client experience.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to track orders, identify discrepancies, and improve fulfillment processes.
  • Experience with Inventory Management and Organization Skills to maintain accurate stock records and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with order management and inventory software, such as Shopify; comfort with spreadsheets and basic data entry.
  • Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, and handle physical tasks such as packing and organizing inventory as needed.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination is an asset; experience in pharmaceuticals or skin care is beneficial.
