At Wonderbrands, the Shipping/Receiving Team Lead manages day-to-day activities in an energetic environment. With a focus on safety and efficiency, you will oversee tasks like training team members, verifying shipments in SAP, and maintaining inventory. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Shipping and Receiving team through effective training
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide team feedback
• Verify trailer shipments and ensure accurate paperwork
• Track daily KPI metrics and manage inventory accurately
• Troubleshoot shipping-related equipment issues proactively
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a shipping or manufacturing role
• Experience operating forklifts is necessary
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexibility to support various shifts as needed
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and basic computer skills
