The Order Fulfillment Associate is a warehouse-based role responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders. The role supports daily distribution operations, including receiving, inventory movement, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. This is a hands-on, physical position reporting to the Logistics Manager and Team Leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking & Packing
- Pick and pack wholesale and eCommerce orders with speed and accuracy
- Pack products carefully to ensure quality and safe delivery
- Ship orders according to daily schedules and standard operating procedures
- Identify and elevate packing or shipping discrepancies
Shipping & Warehouse Support
- Prepare outbound shipments and organize completed orders
- Maneuver skids and pallets; safely lift and carry product boxes
- Label pallets, shelves, and inventory locations as directed
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory
- Assist with transfers, returns, and damaged goods processing
- Support inventory flow and basic production/assembly tasks as required
Warehouse Standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Break down and dispose of cardboard and packaging materials
- Follow safety procedures and documented SOPs at all times
- Communicate effectively with team leads to support workflow priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with physical tasks
- Able to follow written instructions, pick lists, and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal)
- Flexible to support early mornings, weekends, or peak shipping periods as needed
- Basic computer or shipping system experience is an asset
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Satisfactory completion of a background check is required
