Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in customized order assembly

• Maintain First In First Out (FIFO) processes

• Consistently meet and report KPI targets

• Conduct team coaching and performance assessments

• Organize daily departmental tasks for efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior leadership experience in warehouse or food sectors

• Ability to work in rigorous, time-sensitive environments

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. consistently

• Experience working in a temperature-controlled area

• Available for designated shifts from Thursday to Monday or Saturday to Wednesday
