Lead Hand - Warehouse Operations

In this role, you'll assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing stock management, receiving orders, and organizing supplies that support large-scale events at BC Place Stadium. With your experience in food and beverage distribution and leadership in fast-paced environments, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your problem-solving skills will help maintain inventory efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control and distribution processes

• Maintain concession stand stock levels appropriately

• Supervise and support warehouse team members

• Conduct receiving and storage of supplies effectively

• Log reports on stock discrepancies and damages

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma

• Minimum 3 years in food and beverage warehousing

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and work in diverse conditions
