Efficient Order Selector at Sysco

Join Sysco as an Outbound Selector and play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction through accurate order selection. Work hours are Sunday to Friday, 2:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.

This role requires a detail-oriented approach to selecting and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will operate necessary equipment, maintain product quality, and support team members in their tasks. Your commitment to food safety and workplace integrity will be crucial as you ensure compliance with Sysco’s policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and palletize customer orders accurately

• Organize finished products post-production

• Use electric pallet jacks and order pickers proficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in your workspace

• Train new selectors and assist in operational excellence

Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma required

• At least 2 years in warehouse environment

• Forklift certification and related training are preferred

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs

• Proven attention to detail and safety awareness
