Location: Vancouver Convention Centre – 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC

Positions Available: 3 General Labourers per shift

We are currently hiring 3 reliable General Labourers to assist with the setup and teardown of a trade show booth at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with exhibition, event setup, warehouse, moving, or general labour experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical work.

Sunday, September 27
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (or later)

• Assist with trade show booth teardown
• Pack parts and products into crates
• Load trucks
• General cleanup of the work area

• $22 – $26 / hour depending on experience

Candidates who are qualified and comfortable performing both the setup and teardown assignments are encouraged to apply.

• Previous trade show, exhibition, moving, warehouse, or general labour experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift 50–60 lbs
  .
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely in a busy event environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work the required evening/night hours.

Safety shoes and a safety vest are mandatory.

Candidates without the required safety equipment will not be permitted to enter the building
