As an Apparel & Equipment Coordinator, you will ensure that all inventory processes for Youth Programs are followed, optimizing warehouse operations and logistics.
Your role includes managing the fulfillment of apparel orders and maintaining accurate records for all equipment transactions. A proactive approach and strong customer service skills will be essential in supporting daily program activities and ensuring a successful operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics for Youth Programs
• Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies
• Coordinate apparel and equipment requests for various events
• Track match kit inventory ensuring readiness for games
Requirements:
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Capability to perform physical duties including lifting
