Inventory Control Floor Lead

Lululemon has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Inventory Control Floor Lead. They provide in the moment coaching, feedback, training and support to Inventory Control Associates. They support Inventory Control Associates with investigating and problem-solving inventory inaccuracies in the WMS – Warehouse Management System.

Candidates support Inventory Control Associates with performing real time audits of on hand inventory as part of our SOX program.
They actively communicate results and findings across distribution center departments.
They will train and develop department-specific skills across any associate on the team and can raise needs for specific learning approaches to create an inclusive environment, such as linguistic support.
Job requirement    Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience leading others directly or indirectly.
1 year of experience providing facilitation and training is required for candidates.
They must have a strong understanding of key warehouse functions and standard processes.
They must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
They must have the ability to effectively communicate with the team members and business partners both written and verbal.
They must be capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems).
They must be excellent counting skills and detail focused.
Candidates must have ability to meet attendance requirements.
Work setting    Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
They must have the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
They must be flexible and adaptable with schedules which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.
