You will collaborate closely with Program Analysts and ensure growth and compliance throughout the underwriting process. A key aspect of your role will be providing operational instructions to Associate Underwriters to enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite risks like new business, renewals, and endorsements

• Manage and foster strong broker relationships

• Provide operational guidance to support staff

• Ensure timely desk management and service agreements

• Oversee bordereau ingestion for Programs and MGAs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting experience

• Relevant university degree or equivalent

• Enrollment or completion of CIP or FCIP

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication
