Includes processing AP invoices, reconciling credit card statements, reviewing expense coding, communicating with stakeholders, preparing subcontracts, assisting with compliance, creating invoices, managing AR, resolving billing discrepancies, supporting finance and project teams, answering phones, among others. This list is not exhaustive but provides a foundation for the role.

Required skills and experience include:

• At least 3 years of accounting experience in construction or contracting
• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe or Bluebeam

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Experience with Vista/Viewpoint

Desired qualifications:

• Experience working for an IBEW contractor
