Join as an Interim Area Business Office Specialist at Prestige Senior Living
We’re looking for a regional specialist to provide support and direction to assigned care center and community business office managers, covering accounting processing, collections, training and vacancy coverage. You will promote Prestige’s core values of respect, integrity, commitment and trust.

- Implement established systems to monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll procedures; assist in collections as assigned.
- Monitor accounts and provide training and auditing of account collections and research.
- Audit accounting records for accuracy, organization and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate accounting functions at the facility during office vacancies.
- Work with Central Support accounting staff to develop, implement and train field business office staff on accounting systems.
- Submit community visit reports and audit reports to the Director of Field Auditors in a timely manner.
- Offer input on completion of annual reviews for Administrative Assistants/Business Office Managers in conjunction with facility administrators and executive directors as requested.
- Accounting degree or minimum of 2 years accounting experience in the long‑term care industry.
- Experience preparing accounting procedures, training on accounting tasks and computer data entry.
- Current driver’s license and access to a personal car.
- Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills.
- Creative problem‑solving, team player, well‑organized and flexible.
- Experience with accounting systems required.
- Prior experience developing and training in accounting procedures and rules for multi‑site coverage is an asset.
