This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with office staff to keep projects financially organized and on track.

You will handle day‑to‑day accounts payable and job‑costing functions across multiple construction projects, including:

• High‑volume data entry of invoices, reimbursements, and payment batches
• Managing vendor accounts, W‑9s, credit applications, and balancing vendor statements
• Entering subcontracts, change orders, direct costs, and job cost transfers
• Maintaining accurate GL and job cost data
• Processing weekly AP runs, month‑end reporting, and year‑end 1099s
• Assisting with payroll entries and job cost labor adjustments
• Supporting project setup and uploads within construction software
• Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal office staff as needed

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability大小adow. to multitask, stay organized, and meet to deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• 10‑key by touch
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Strong attendance and ability to work independently while supporting a team

• Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment
• Comfortable working closely with office staff and handling multiple priorities
• Self‑sufficient, dependable, and detail‑driven

• Construction or job‑cost accounting experience
• Familiarity with Viewpoint or similar construction accounting software
• Understanding of job costing and project‑based accounting
