Our client in Vancouver, Washington needs an experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment supporting a busy accounting department. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and can help keep important day-to-day accounting moving.
As the Accountant
, you will assist with:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Completing account and general ledger reconciliations
- Researching discrepancies and helping resolve outstanding items
- Supporting credit card and expense reconciliations
- Pulling accounting data and preparing routine reports
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
- Assisting with month-end accounting activities
- Stepping in on additional accounting priorities and projects as needed

To be considered, you should have:
- BA/BS in Accounting
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and AR
- Previous experience working within an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to shift between priorities
