RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a growing building systems company to hire an Accounts Payable Associate. The role will process approximately 150 invoices daily, perform two- and three-way matching, and enter data into ERP/AP systems.
You will review invoices for accuracy, route them for approvals, and support other AP tasks while adhering to internal controls and deadlines. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of AP experience are preferred, along with strong Excel
