• Assist clients with paperwork and insurance inquiries
• Maintain organized front desk and office areas
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with phone systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance
