Assistant Business Office Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and compassionate professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Business Office Manager. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting the financial and administrative operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:As the Assistant Business Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with billing, collections, and insurance verification
- Managing patient trust accounts and daily cash handling
- Helping with payroll processing and accounts payable
- Supporting admissions and discharge processes
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Experience in healthcare billing, finance, or office administration (LTC or SNF experience a plus!)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Familiarity with Point Click Care or similar EHR systems preferred
- Competitive compensation based on experience ($26 - $30 HOURLY)
