Benefits Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team in Vancouver, Washington on a Contract basis during a high-volume enrollment period. This role will support benefits operations by preparing documentation, reviewing data for accuracy, and producing reports that help the team serve worksite employees effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, advanced Excel skills, and a careful approach to handling sensitive benefits information.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze benefits data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and existing macros, to support reporting and enrollment activity
• Review benefits records through routine audits to identify discrepancies and help maintain accurate, compliant information
• Coordinate with branch contacts and internal team members to resolve issues uncovered during audit and reporting activities
• Prepare benefits-related documents and reporting materials for use during open enrollment and other support needs
• Assist the Benefits team with special projects and time-sensitive assignments tied to enrollment operations
• Troubleshoot prebuilt Excel macro functionality when issues arise and escalate concerns as needed
