Collision Repair Estimator (Front-End, Floater)
We are seeking an entry-level or trainee Collision Repair Estimator to join our team in a front-end, floater role. This position is hourly and focuses on assisting walk-in customers while providing back-up support to our commissioned estimators.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a long-term career in collision repair estimation. This role will also assist with obtaining pre-approvals from insurance companies and ensuring estimates align with initial approvals, with training provided as needed.
Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $28-$31 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing initial damage assessments.
- Prepare front-end estimates using CCC ONE or Mitchel.
- Obtain pre-approvals from insurance companies and ensure that the estimates match initial approvals.
- Communicate effectively with customers and commissioned estimators.
- Learn and follow estimation and insurance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the estimation process.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or automotive-related role is required; prior collision experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of collision repair processes is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience with CCC ONE estimating software is a plus but not required for trainee candidates. li>Proficiency with computers and a strong ability to learn new software and systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
