Business Systems Analyst

AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a full-time, W2 Contract position based in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The position is hybrid (on-site / remote).

The initial assignment length is 12 Months with the possibility of full-time hire.

Compensation is $30.00 hourly. Benefits include Co-paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, as well as the option for Paid Time Off (dependent on assignment length and amount requested).

• Analyze current business processes, identifying pain points and potential areas for improvement.
• Quantify the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to define project scope and design future-state processes.
• Consult with development and technical teams to assess solution feasibility and estimate level of effort.
• Document scope, business requirements, and secure funding approval from business stakeholders.
