• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 /year DOE
• Location: Vancouver, WA (hybrid)
• Travel: ~10% to client sites within the US, Canada, and Europe

You’re an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at coordinating multiple moving parts, ensuring smooth service operations and client satisfaction. With strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, you’re comfortable working across teams and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in service coordination or operations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
• Ability to pass a background check

As the Service Coordinator, you’ll manage day-to-day coordination of the Service Team and oversee deliverables for installation processes, acceptance testing, customer training, and service scheduling. You’ll ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining cost control and quality assurance.

• Coordinate and execute contract service work, providing timely responses to field support issues
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support site commissioning
• Manage budgets, schedules, and material quality for service operations
• Work with engineering teams to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
• Develop and improve field operations procedures and documentation
• Maintain supplier relationships focused on quality, delivery, and cost
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
