• Project Coordination:
  Oversee and coordinate all aspects of job installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Subcontractor & Crew Management:
  Hire, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and in‑house crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Vendor & Cost Management:
  Negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers, maintaining margins while securing high‑quality materials.
• Sales & Training Support:
  Work closely with the sales team to provide product installation and specifications training.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Billing & Invoicing Oversight:
  Review subcontractor invoices to verify accuracy and ensure alignment with work completed.

• Strong knowledge of window, siding, roofing, and gutters products and installation practices.
• Experience managing subcontractors and in‑house crews in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturer specifications and installation guidelines.
• Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to order and critically measure material for window, siding, roofing, and gutters jobs.
