No lead chasing, no bid writing, no material scavenger hunts. Just you and your crew building.
We handle marketing, selling, project management, ordering materials, staging materials, and delivering materials so you and your crew can stay on the tools and keep jobs moving.
- Active WA contractor license +
insurance (verified) - Oregon contractors: must have an active Portland license
- Willing to sign our partner agreement
- Strong communication (don’t ghost)
- Clean, code-correct builds with efficient production
- Professional jobsite presence (customers like not being stressed out)
