Construction Estimator - Onsite north of Vancouver, WA - $100K-$165K+ Bonus
Our client, a fast growing locally based, nationally recognized construction group is hiring a Senior Estimator to support growing project volume across commercial, industrial and public sector work.
What You Will Do:- Review subcontractor bids and ensure scope accuracy
- Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and assess site conditions
- Collaborate with PMs and field teams
- Negotiate pricing and support proposal development
- 1+ years of GC estimating experience
- Experience across multiple trades or project types
- Federal estimating experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and estimating tools
Base salary: $100K-$165K depending on experience. Full benefits package, relocation support available.
