Call Center Manager
Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a manufacturer of acrylic bath and shower solutions. We offer stylish, cost-effective, low‑maintenance bath improvement products for homeowners, commercial customers, and consumers with accessibility needs.
We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in‑office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Hire, train and manage Call Center Representatives
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed and as a training tool
- Provide customer service
- Manage sales representatives’ schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
