- Strive toward mastery by prioritizing and completing all PMO training.
- Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
- Ensure Doctors and team goals are achieved through servant leadership.
- Attend Bell Leadership Training every 18‑24 months.
- Support the Doctor‑Led, Hygiene‑Driven, Operations focus philosophy with synergy meetings monthly, team meetings weekly, and strong morning huddles.
- Focus and prioritize team efforts to support Doctor achieving their Top 10 Professional goals.
- Create alignment with Doctor through daily one‑on‑ones, morning huddles, and weekly touch points.
- Act as a business partner for the Doctor, collaborating on quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Assist Doctor with CE scheduling via Education and Leadership programs.
- Understand DMP benefits and metrics, and help Doctor monitor progress.
- Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates who are an 80% match.
- Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and assemble a proper selection team.
- Onboard new team members in partnership with recruiting and support office.
- Support team members in prioritizing and planning training via Core Essentials and beyond.

- Seeking a strong leader with prior dental experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience (e.g., office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
- Analytical skills to identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Trustworthy and maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
- 1+ years in a dental or medical setting.
- 1+ years with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person when conditions allow) periodically throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not required in FL & TN).
