Architect – Jackola Engineering & Architecture, PC
Jackola Engineering & Architecture in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of a project under the leadership of the Senior Architect from project inception to completion.

- Lead the technical delivery of a project under the leadership of the Senior Architect from project inception to completion.
- Prepare, review and approve construction documents, specifications, shop drawings and submittals to meet contracted scope of work and ensure correct interpretation and application of Design and Drafting Principles.
- Perform code reviews.
- Engage in business development, helping create proposals and prepare for interviews, finding creative solutions to present to prospective clients and scheduling and breaking down construction costs.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry, minimum of four years after licensing.
- Licensure in Architecture (NCARB).
- Excellent design skills, ensure project detail and plan quality meet Client and project standard.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective design and seamless collaboration.
