We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington DC. As the Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architecture projects from initial design to construction completion. This role requires strong project management skills as well as in-depth knowledge of architecture principles and practices.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all phases of architecture projects including planning design construction and delivery
- Lead a team of architects designers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Review project designs for compliance with building codes regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the duration of the project
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in architecture technology
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles practices codes regulations and standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid work visa for the United States sponsorship available
Salary $1600 per month
