As a full-time Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community and impact the development of the primary care services.

At Peace Health, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. This clinic has ~30 clinicians offering Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Same Day, and Behavioral Health services with a collaborative medical home model care teams.

Highlights about the practice:

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 34 patient contact hours weekly
• 1:7 Call:
  It is every day and shared by all FPOB providers. Day call is covered by the rounding physician. Night call is assigned monthly and divided evenly.
• Join a team of six Family Medicine with OB physicians, seeing up to ~20 patients per day, and averaging ~20 births annually per physician.
• EPIC EMR & DAX, In-basket NP support, 48 exam spaces, 2 per clinician, shared office space, X-Ray, Lab, Ultrasound, and Pharmacy on-site.
• Peace Health Southwest Medical Center has a beautiful, modern birthing center with 2,100 births annually. The Birthing Center has a warm atmosphere with combined labor and delivery rooms and capabilities for high-risk pregnancies. The Level III NICU is steps away.
