Responsibilities- Provide direct naturopathic patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing follow-up
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality standards of care
- Offer clinical guidance and leadership to medical staff and multidisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with team members for integrated treatment planning
- Contribute to business development, practice growth, and community outreach initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, clinic policies, medical ethics, and safety
- Support staff development through mentoring, training, and case consultation
- Licensed Naturopathic Physician (ND) in Washington State (or eligible) - priority given to dual-licensed ND, LAc providers
- 5+ years of clinical experience in naturopathic/functional medicine preferred
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or medical director experience strongly preferred
- Expertise in integrative, holistic, and evidence-based care
- Previous experience in a concierge medicine model preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both patients and team members
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
$90,000 - $150,000 per year
