Outpatient Physician – Clark County Primary Care Clinics
Legacy Health is recruiting an Outpatient Physician for our Clark County Primary Care Clinics, located in and around Vancouver, Washington. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years.
Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned medical assistants as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists.
$274,000 – $305,000 annually with a two‑year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)

- Provide comprehensive care to patients throughout treatment
- Review clinical history, perform the physical examination, diagnose and treat chronic and episodic disorders
- Collaborate with the care team
- Maintain your own panel of patients and share call coverage for the clinic
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four‑year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license and DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Washington medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- No J1 or H‑1B visa opportunities
