Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join the Urology team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care within an integrated and collaborative practice.

This physician will join a team of urologists and supportive clinical and administrative staff providing general urology care through a blend of office-based and virtual/digital care. The practice includes a broad spectrum of urologic care and does not include robotic surgery.

This is an on-site position located in Vancouver, WA

What You Can Expect:

4-day work week

A team of 22 partners practicing across the full spectrum of urologic care

Call schedule of approximately 1:20

A collegial and collaborative practice environment with support for mentorship across the department

Teaching responsibilities with rotating residents from Oregon Health & Science University

An experienced support staff

Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR

A practice that does not include robotic surgery

A blend of office-based and virtual/digital patient care

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $489,600-$552,000 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant's skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

Base salary range: $457,600-$520,000

Lifestyle Stipend: $32,000 annually
