About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership as they manage multiple in‑school enrichment and childcare programs. By supporting an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of those leader’s programs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and in‑the‑moment feedback to Right At School program team members.
  • Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district‑specific processes, policies, and expectations.
  • Support the Area Manager’s established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members.
  • Develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure successful delivery of all Right At School programs and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain team schedule and communicate changes with all relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas as applicable.
  • Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, time‑keeping records, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found.
  • Report regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Administer light first aid when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Experience working with school‑age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting.
  • Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.
  • Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, and manage schedule demands with appreciation for key issues.
  • Multitask and meet deadlines while adapting to rapidly shifting priorities and schedules.
  • Travel up to 100% of the workday throughout assigned programs.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for 25% or less of the workday.
  • Perform stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl tasks for 25% or less of the workday.
  • Stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
  • Use full cognitive abilities (talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn, reason) throughout the workday.
  • 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • 18+ years of age.
  • Proof of high school diploma or equivalent and 12 credits from 100+ college coursework.
  • Ability to meet state‑specific requirements: FA/CPR, mandated reporter, cleared TB, proof of MMR, and food handler’s card.
  • First Aid and CPR certification required.
