$18–$20/hour | Part-Time | Vancouver, WA (East)

Consistent Weekend Day Required | 15–20 Hours/Week

Are you the kind of person who can teach a cartwheel, carry a conversation with just about anyone, and turn a trial class into a new membership—all before snack time? We’re looking for a high-energy instructor who can lead fun classes and help us grow our community by creating an amazing experience for every new family who walks through our doors.

At The Little Gym of Vancouver, we use movement, music, and gymnastics-based play to help children ages 4 months to 12 years grow into strong, confident kids. Now we’re hiring someone who’s equal parts Kid Magnet and Lobby Leader—someone who shines on the mat- but thrives in the front of house growing our membership!

What You’ll Do

• Greet new families with energy, warmth, and total confidence
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media with same-day enthusiasm
• Guide new families through our programs and help them find the right class
• Book and follow up on trial classes to support enrollment growth
• Teach 3–6 fun, active gymnastics-based classes per week using our proven curriculum
• Build strong relationships with kids and parents alike
• Keep the lobby flowing, the music playing, and the smiles coming
• Support daily cleaning, team communication, and class transitions
• Help us build a third place for families

What We’re Looking For

• A true Kid Magnet—kids naturally connect with you, and you love working with them
• Confident, friendly phone and in-person communication skills
• A high-energy personality who thrives in a fast-paced, active job
• Experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
• Availability for at least one consistent weekend day (Saturday or Sunday required)
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and isn’t afraid to talk to a stranger!
• Bonus if you have gymnastics, cheer, dance, or fitness experience
• Must be 18 or older for leadership requirements
