Lead the I Program to a Zero‑Incident Culture! Are you ready to take on one of the most impactful safety leadership roles in the Pacific Northwest? The Interstate Bridge Replacement (I ) Program—a critical, bi‑state transportation mega project— is searching for an experienced and proactive Safety Task Lead. This is not a compliance‑only role; you will be the guardian of our entire program, responsible for establishing a culture of safety and ensuring the well‑being of every single person on our sites and in our offices.

You will directly protect lives, minimize risk, and safeguard the project's reputation and schedule by developing, implementing, and enforcing our core safety plans (HASP, SSHASP, HSTP). If you have a passion for proactive incident prevention and can navigate complex regulatory environments across Oregon and Washington, this is your chance to make a lasting difference on an historic infrastructure project.
WhatYou Bring
- A minimum of 15 years of safety experience, ideally on transportation mega projects.
- Expert knowledge of OR/WA state and federal safety regulations (ODOT, WSDOT, OSHA).
- Certification as a CSP or ASP is highly desired.
- Proven ability to manage safety procedures from the environmental phase through construction.
- A knack for engaging with regulatory agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to foster partnership and compliance.
