• Provide quality haircuts by consistently using the Supercuts technique.
• Educate the customer and recommend products to help them maintain their hairstyle between salon visits.
• Execute the 360 Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow the sanitation guidelines.
• Execute best practices for the Jerome Group.
• Adhere to dress code standards.
• Maintain a current cosmetology license.
• Attend all required technical training sessions.
• Attend monthly salon meetings.
