We continue to serve patients who need to see a clinician quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, severe colds and flu, allergies and rashes.
Southwest Medical Center offers extensive specialty care, serving an impressive annual patient base of over 280,000 individuals.
The ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will have two or more years post graduate full-time Urgent Care experience. BLS required.

Schedule:
Monday - Sunday 8am to 8pm. - Schedule:
0.9 FTE: 36 patient contact hours, Variable three twelve-hour shifts, with no call - Join a team of 1 Physician & 4 Clinicians in an integrated, established, and fast-paced outpatient-only practice
- 15 minute appointments, seeing all ages, up to 40 patients daily, using EPIC EMR, Dragon, & DAX AI Scribe
- 1:1.5 MA ration with onsite x-ray, lab, and pharmacy services available for rapid care

First year salary guarantee of $ followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures.- If production exceeds guaranteed salary after two full quarters, the clinician has the option to move to the production-based model the following quarter.
