Overview
Cohesive Therapy Healing and Rejuvenation is a well-established and rapidly expanding massage therapy and healing center. Cohesive Massage is excited to be offering a unique opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the team.

We are set up with the ability to provide Lymphatic Drainage Massage for pre and post-op surgical patients, Ashiatsu, Medicupping, Graston, and much more. This position includes a training program enabling LMTs to become Elite Massage Therapists with an unsurpassed skillset, positioning them for exponential growth and opportunity as an employee and upon program completion as an individual practice, if desired.
Therefore, the duration of employment is expected to be a minimum of 2 years so as not to disrupt the invaluable learning curve.
- Performs manual massage therapy and develops treatment and therapy plans unique to Clients needs
- Performs massage, cupping, scraping, and other proprietary Cohesive Massage trained signature services
- Responsible for room clean-up
- Preparing checking clients in and out of session
- Engaging and encouraging clients to maintain treatment plan and ease of scheduling
- Participate in ongoing proprietary training provided by Cohesive Therapy
- Follow through with company protocols provided
- Follow COVID guidelines and ensure masks are properly worn and temperature taken upon entering the building
Monday - Friday 8:30am-3pm and 10am-6pm
One a month Saturday 8AM to 2PM
One Paid Tuesday per Month for Training - Half-day

Hourly - paid for all hours you are clocked in - Wage Increased generously based upon performance and client retention

- Provides physical evaluation techniques to determine muscle strength and joint stability
- Performs therapy to control pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation
- Develops treatment plans by determining clinical data prescribed by doctors
- Takes into consideration medical history of the patient
- Documents daily sessions
- Attends clinics, as assigned
- Be able to treat a variety of treatment plans, weight-loss detox treatment, and all other trained modalities effectively and efficiently
- Availability for ongoing in office training, following protocol, and company policy and procedure
- Undergo regular performance evaluations to ensure all clients are being treated equally and with care
- Adhere to high-level of cleanliness standard
- Keep a clear line of communication with Supervisor(s) at all times
- Check out with Supervisor and shifts end to review upcoming schedule and other pertinent information and/or client related care

- Utilize proper self-care
- You will be performing 5 massages per scheduled day, therefore, it is your responsibility to take care of your body; hydrate, nourish yourself, and get plenty of rest between shifts and days off
- Massage is a good workout, so you should treat it that way
- Stretch before and after your sessions
- Pace yourself in your sessions and use time management and modality integration to sustain your body, mind, and spirit
- Try to receive at least one massage a month for self-care, chiro, or acupuncture, so you are investing back into yourself
