Job Description

The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern-facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the‑art, 12‑story senior living community offers a variety of floor plans with stunning views, high‑end amenities, and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. The Springs Living prioritizes quality to enhance people’s lives—not only in its services and housing options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, but also as an employer.

Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including helping them bathe, dress, and perform personal grooming.
  • Assist with residents’ laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away.
  • Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents.
  • Collaborate in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
  • Respond to call lights and answer pager messages.
  • Perform light housekeeping as needed.
  • Complete other duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate required.
  • Pass background screening and drug test.
  • A passion for working with seniors.
Job Type

Part‑time;
Friday/Saturday schedule.

Salary

$18.50 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
