Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab has an opportunity to join the in‑house therapy team at this 120‑bed skilled nursing facility in Vancouver, WA! The facility offers around‑the‑clock skilled nursing in a residential setting and features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state practice OT license.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.
