CNA - Per Diem

Rebound is looking for a per diem/relief CNA to join our Surgery Center team. This position functions as a member of the Pre/Post operative team under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, assists in patient care, transport and preparation of patient bays. In the procedural room, CNA's set up, clean, and operate the C-Arm.

• Assists connecting patient to monitors, takes temperatures
• Transports patients at discharge
• Assists patients to wheelchair and with ambulation
• Assists with cold therapies
• Cleans and prepares patient stretchers with linen draping
• Accurate charting
• Uses Bladder scanner
• Empties sharps containers
• Takes contaminated trash to designated area at end of day
• Directs incoming patients to appropriate bay

• Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license required
• Healthcare BLS certification
• 1 year experience in hospital environment required (ER, surgical, PACU, etc.) preferred
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
