TO SUCCEED, YOU WILL NEED:- To be 18+ years
- To have reliable personal@Resource
- To hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
- A high school diploma, aon GED, or a foreign equivalence
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
