About the Role:As a Caregiver Care Partner Resident Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with purpose each day. You will provide whole-person support, including physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect. You will also observe and report changes, document per policy, and uphold infection control and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement
- Observe and report changes; document per policy
- Uphold infection control and safety procedures
- Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Clear communication; problem-solving
- Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn
- Interest in dementia-support techniques
Experience:
- Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
- Hospitality/healthcare/customer service
- At least 18 years of age
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
