• Support Daily Living:
  Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Promote Independence:
  Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor Well-Being:
  Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Build Connections:
  Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create Comfort:
  Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight hours.
• Protect Dignity:
  Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.

• CNA
  
  Required:
  
  Must have an active CNA credential.
• Heart for Seniors:
  Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Team Spirit:
  Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.
• Communication

  Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Dependability:
  Be available to work the assigned overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Shift Differential:
  Earn an additional $1.00 per hour for overnight shifts.
