Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Peace Health, based in Vancouver, Washington, is a not-for-profit Catholic health system founded in 1890 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace. The health system offers care to communities in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska through a multi-specialty medical group practice with approximately 170 locations and more than 750 physicians and providers, and ten medical centers with a total of 1,600 licensed beds serving both urban and rural communities.

The vice president of talent acquisition will work closely with Peace Health’s executive and HR leadership teams to develop and lead the organization’s executive and non‐clinical talent acquisition strategy and framework; in doing so, he or she will enable Peace Health to attract, engage, evaluate, and hire the exceptional talent needed to drive its business strategies. This role will design, implement, and lead talent acquisition programs and practices that are driven by the organization’s mission, vision, values, and long‐term business strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration, HR, organization psychology, or a related field is required
• A minimum of ten years of talent acquisition experience in both high‐volume recruiting and executive recruiting disciplines within a dynamic, high‐growth environment
• Five or more years of management experience and proven ability to lead and develop a team of high‐performing talent acquisition recruiters
• Healthcare experience required
• Previous experience in executive search/agency, Recruitment Process
