A company is looking for a Remote HR Analyst specializing in Executive Compensation and Retirement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Compensation and Retirement teams
- Assist with HR departmental budgeting processes
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR support or generalist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
