NJFC operates three production facilities:
Northwest Packing in Vancouver, WA.;
San Benito Foods, in Hollister, CA; and Toma-Tek in Firebaugh, CA.

We are looking for aSenior Peoplesoft Programmer Analyst to be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of People Soft applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to ensure the effective utilization of People Soft applications to meet organizational goals. This is a remote (or hybrid) position, requiring ability to work West Coast business hours.

• Design, develop, test, and implement People Soft applications and modules to enhance functionality, streamline business processes, and ensure system efficiency.
• Customize and configure People Soft applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.
• Using SQR and third-party tools, such as Boomi IPaaS and scripting to integrate People Soft applications with other applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Design, develop, test and implement DSI/Could Inventory scan gun scripts that interface with People Soft and the MES system and is used by the manufacturing plants and warehouses for production and inventory transactions.
• Support the business by investigating and troubleshooting break-fix issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field; or any equivalent combination of training, experience and education that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the key responsibilities of this position.
• At least 8 years of programming experience.
• At least 5 years People Soft Programmer experience.
• Proficiency in People Soft Financials (GL, AP, AR, Billing, Costing), Supply Chain (Purchasing, Production Control, Manufacturing, Inventory, Shipping), Order Management and other relevant modules.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check including employment and educational verification, credit screen, and to work West Coast business hours.

The salary range is $130,000 - $140,000, based on experience and qualifications.
