Job Title : Technical Lead

Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our infrastructure and server environment. This role involves leading a ticketing team, ensuring smooth operations of systems and servers, and driving improvements in reliability and performance.

• Lead and mentor a team of 8+ engineers in managing system and server operations.
• Oversee ticketing workflows and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD).
• Administer and troubleshoot Hyper‑V and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices for system security and scalability.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Proven experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

The salary for this position is between $100,000 to $112,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
