Your New Role Our client is seeking a tenured Director of Information Technology to take ownership of the entire IT function and help shape what comes next.
As the Director of IT, you’ll be in a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with responsibility across network and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply oversee from the sidelines; you’ll stay close to the tech, stepping in on escalated issues. Working with key vendors and partnering closely with Operations and Quality, you’ll ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned.
Your primary responsibilities will include setting the IT vision and strategy in partnership with executive and business unit leaders. You will lead, hire, and develop the IT team, including succession planning for key roles. From ERP selection to cybersecurity execution, you’ll have full control over how the systems of the company operate.
This is a fully on-site role, with only a five-minute commute to beautiful downtown Vancouver!
Your New Organization Our client is a respected, privately held industry leader with a long-standing reputation for quality, operational excellence, and strong customer partnerships. Here, you’ll enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented culture where ideas are valued, professional growth is encouraged, and leadership is committed to supporting employee success. It’s an excellent opportunity to join a stable company that offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while building a lasting career.
