Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Manage and resolve user support requests through a ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT infrastructure and processes.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures, standards, and configurations.
- Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and software.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
